Heavy Duty Dynamics

About the School

Built by operators, for operators.

Heavy Duty Dynamics teaches the trade the way it's actually learned: on the equipment, in a real yard, with someone beside you who has done the job for a living.

The yard

Training happens at a secure site with a backing alley, a coupling pad, a grade, and an excavation pit. That means you practice the maneuvers you'll be tested on — and the ones your first employer will expect you to already know — without traffic, deadlines, or a load riding on you.

Our equipment covers tractor-trailers with a 20-foot chassis and a 40-foot flatbed, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, and backhoes. Nothing is a simulator.

Seat time first

You spend most of your course in the cab — pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers, and road time.

Instructors who drove

Every instructor ran freight or a jobsite for years before teaching. They teach the habits that kept them out of trouble.

Two to one, never more

We cap class size so nobody waits an hour for a turn on the machine.

Job referrals

Job referrals are offered.

Who do we train?
